The dining table seats up to six guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, double electric oven, four ring gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine and frother, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small kitchen table which seats up to three guests. A cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin is situated on the ground floor.
The master bedroom offers a super king-sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and ample storage. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV. The third bedroom has two single beds, ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV. The family bathroom with a bath and an overhead rainfall shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also an en-suite shower room, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC.
There is a private, enclosed garden with a small patio area to the front, a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco, and enjoy the Cornish sunshine. A small, gravelled area to the back, ideal for hanging your wetsuit and storing your beach equipment after a busy beach day.
