Parking is accessed at the rear of the property from the neighbouring road. To access, guests can use the rear access from the building down the steps onto the road behind.
Shared Communal Spaces – Both the front tiered outdoor space and rear decked spaces are communal spaces for guests and residents of the building.
Access Statement – Captain's Rest is a first-floor apartment and accessed by an internal flight of stairs with turning points and steps. Both communal entrances at the front and rear of the apartments are accessed by external steps.
