Step outside to the communal seating area and enjoy the fresh sea air as the sun sets. Slow mornings can be spent unwinding in front of the 50-inch Smart TV, listening to your favourite music through the iPod dock, or using the binoculars to spot your next coastal destination. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for any occasion, whether it is croissants for breakfast, cream tea in the afternoon, or cooking with fresh local fish in the evening. It includes granite worktops, an electric oven and ceramic hob, a large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
The master bedroom features a double bed and is styled with bright, calming tones that reflect the rest of the apartment – perfect for relaxing with a good book. The twin bedroom, decorated with a nautical theme, offers a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The tiled family bathroom, sand-toned in its design, is fitted with a bath and overhead shower, a separate shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Parking is accessed at the rear of the property from the neighbouring road. To access, guests can use the rear access from the building down the steps onto the road behind.
Shared Communal Spaces – Both the front tiered outdoor space and rear decked spaces are communal spaces for guests and residents of the building.
Access Statement – Captain's Rest is a first-floor apartment and accessed by an internal flight of stairs with turning points and steps. Both communal entrances at the front and rear of the apartments are accessed by external steps.
