Moving indoors, away from the idyllic courtyard, the boutique interior continues to delight. The contemporary fully fitted kitchen and dining area has wonderful sea views. The dining table with seating for up to eight guests is ideal for family and friends to unwind and relax. The kitchen is both stylish and practical. If offers the high-quality appliances you would expect in a property of this stature including a gas hob with five gas burners, an electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Smart TV and Nespresso coffee machine. The property also has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is on the first floor being spacious, tastefully furnished in coastal hues and including comfy sofas, armchairs and a Smart TV. The room leads out to a balcony with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for quiet contemplation, soaking in the sun and marvelling at views across the beach and out to sea.
The master bedroom suite is on the first floor. Cool cotton sheets, luxury soft furnishings make this the ideal retreat to refresh for another wonderful day. The large en-suite bathroom offering a deep bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC simply adds to the feeling of well-being. The second and third bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Bedroom two offers flexibility with twin beds that can be linked to form a king size bed upon request. Bedroom three has a double bed and en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC. The family shower room is on the ground floor and has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
